Some may require special cleaning services due to prior construction, hard water stains, or other specific complications. Our rates below are the lowest to be expected for standard windows but we encourage you to contact us for a free no obligation quote.
Interior window cleaning includes complimentary screen and track cleaning.
Exterior only prices:
standard homes- $120
standard town home/bungalow- $100
Interior and Exterior prices:
standard homes- $200
standard town home/bungalow- $180
*some homes may require less work and prices will be discussed at the time of quoting.
**discounts are available for multiple clients residing in townhome complexes if scheduled for the same day. Homeowners are eligible for a discount if multiple neighbours within an area we deem reasonable are scheduled the same day.

Eavestroughs and Gutter Clearing
Our eavestroughs and gutter clearing rates will vary due to such concerns as height, accessibility, amount of debris removed, and disposal rates.

Homes with their roof connected may be eligible for discounted rates, please contact us for a free quote.
*at the time of quoting we will provide a price range to the client for gutter clearings that are smaller or bigger than expected.
Siding Cleaning
Our siding cleaning services include exterior eavestroughs and fascia cleaning. Prices will vary dependent on the type of cleaning needed and severity of staining.
Due to high amount of variability there is no standard siding rate.
